Crazy Horse stones are found in limestone deposits in China. These unique stones range in color from gray, tan, black, maroon, mauve and mustard and/or a combination of all of these colors. There are patterns of circles, lines and spots with no two stones being the same in color or pattern, therefore, your piece of jewelry will be similar to the one shown but will never be indentical.
This 16 inch necklace of Crazy Horse beads features a two inch faceted, oblong Crazy Horse slab (this one is gray with maroon spots) and is strung on strong tigertail beading wire which is secured with a lobster claw clasp. Various sizes, shapes and colors of this unique stone complete the necklace with Brecciated Jasper and antique silver Hogan beads giving added color to the piece.
