Sioux Coup Stick
The Coup Stick was used for counting coup. The degree of bravery was measured when a warrior touched the enemy with the coup stick, without doing harm to the enemy and without being harmed himself, and living to tell about it later. Adorned with furnace hackles, buffalo hide, trade cloth, glass beads, turkey feathers, leather and stag horn. Appropximately 36 inches long. The Coup Stick is signed by ThreeFeathers.
